We are not an FFL and can ONLY work on non-serialized parts at this time. Please DO NOT send any serialized parts to us.

Yes. Place your order online and select local drop-off/pickup at checkout.

We’ll email you a booking link to schedule your appointment at our Watsonville, CA shop. Drop-offs and pickups are by appointment only.

Yes. We accept nationwide mail-in orders for eligible non-serialized parts.

After placing your order, include the confirmation inside the box, write the order number on the exterior, pack your slide securely, and ship it to the address below.

We recommend USPS Priority Mail with insurance.

Current lead time for services is 10–14 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.

If your slide has not yet been worked on, we will ship it back to you. You will be responsible for return shipping.

If you receive any part that you are not happy with, please contact us within 14 days and have photos and detailed descriptions ready.

Yes! We stand behind providing you with quality service. Thus, we offer a limited lifetime warranty for our customers.

If your Cerakote coating chips, peels, or cracks as a result of our craftsmanship we will re-coat it at no cost to you.

We do not cover wear from normal use: holster wear, abuse, blems from dropping or mishandling.

No, we will disassemble your slide and reassemble after service. However, shipping your slide disassembled does make it faster and is much appreciated.

Yes. We offer broken and stripped optic screw removal for many slide and optic setups.
