Axton Industries is not responsible for parts lost or damaged during transit.

We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance and selecting signature confirmation.

If your slide has not yet been worked on, we will ship it back to you. You will be responsible for return shipping.

If you receive any part that you are not happy with, please contact us within 14 days and have photos and detailed descriptions ready.

Yes! We stand behind providing you with quality service. Thus, we offer a limited lifetime warranty for our customers.

If your Cerakote coating chips, peels, or cracks as a result of our craftsmanship we will re-coat it at no cost to you.

We do not cover wear from normal use: holster wear, abuse, blems from dropping or mishandling.

No, we will disassemble your slide and reassemble after service. However, shipping your slide disassembled does make it faster and is much appreciated.

Yes, we can try and help remove stripped screws for a small fee. Please contact us for more details.
