We accept mail-in orders from anywhere in the U.S. Place your order first, then follow the steps below to pack and mail your slide to our Watsonville, CA shop.
Prefer local drop-off? Select local pickup at checkout, and we’ll email you a booking link to schedule an appointment.
Include your order confirmation inside of the box and clearly write the order number on the exterior.
Protect your slide with packing material and securely close the box. Do not include any serialized parts. You can disassemble your slide beforehand, or we can take care of it for you.
We recommend using USPS Priority Mail in a Small Flat Rate Box with insurance.
You'll receive an email once we unbox your slide. Once your slide is completed and shipped, tracking info will be sent to you.
